Processing Your Order

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship. If applicable, your tracking number will be sent to you via the email provided at checkout, so that you can track your order!

We ship and process your orders from Markham, Ontario, Canada. 

Local Pick-up 

We offer free local pick-up (contact-less) from Markham. The exact location will be revealed after order confirmation. Please ensure you leave your correct email or phone number at checkout to ensure we can communicate with you once your order has been processed to confirm your pick-up time and location. 

Pick Up Hours are Monday to Friday between 9AM - 5PM, however a contactless pick up can be arranged outside of regular hours. Please inquire.
